Debreen Oliva, professional organizer and member of NAPO, calls her company d.o. organize. Her slogan is “just d.o. it – get organized!” However, perhaps a more apropos motto is “the natural”. On play dates as a child, Debreen would clean the closets of her friends! In high school, her teachers would ask for copies of her class notes for their own records! Finally, as an adult, being organized has helped Debreen manage a household, raise two children, work full time as a teacher, be a Girl Scout leader and PTA volunteer, as well work alongside her husband in a family business.
Debreen is a middle school Family and Consumer Science teacher with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She finds that working nights and weekends as a professional organizer actually rejuvenates and inspires her. Her biggest question was “why didn’t I do this sooner?”
